Walt Disney World has three 18 hole golf courses and one 9 hole golf course on the property. The golf course features 18 championship holes of golf, each with its own unique character. Packsaddle Ridge Golf Club in Keezletown, Virginia, is a stunning 18-hole championship golf course featuring incredible views of the valley below. The layout stretches across rolling green hills sprinkled with mature trees. The layout is successful in utilizing the lush, rolling landscape to create a beautiful and challenging course. Tucked away amongst the northern Idaho hills, the course has a tranquil setting sprawled across rolling hills that are dotted with sparkling lakes and ponds. The layout closely follows the natural contours of the land and trees, ponds, and landscaping were tactfully added to blend seamlessly with the natural terrain. Carved from rolling hills and mature woodlands, the layout features a variety of different holes. Sebastian Hills Golf Club is tucked away in the rolling hills of the countryside, enjoying an idyllic landscape that is peaceful and secluded.

The course features fairways lined with towering trees and a gently undulating terrain. The links-style layout features lightning fast, undulating greens and seemingly receptive fairways that are fiercely guarded by mature trees. Conditions are what you would expect at a championship course and the average-size greens are smooth, true, and quick, but not overly undulating. The course was built in 1927 and is a classic layout with small greens and tight fairways. Designed by Finger Dye Spann, Inc., the course has a links-style layout. The dramatic landscape provides the course with plenty of loch-side fairways and quarry greens.

There is quite a lot of water on the course and one or two enormous bunkers running alongside the fairway. The course has several streams crossing the fairways but does not have any major water hazards. The water holes are generally the worst of the lot. Five lakes dot the course, providing interesting water hazards, and there is also a stream that meanders alongside many of the holes. The back nine overshadows the front, and has a good variety of holes. The Lake/Ridge Course, as the name would imply, starts out with a few water holes.

The course is challenging yet playable for all skill levels. At Westfields Golf Club in Clifton,VA, Fred Couples has built a course that is, at once, fun and accessible for the novice, while challenging and thought-provoking for the experienced golfer. Spooky Brook Golf Course in Somerset is a player-friendly course that is perfect for beginners. Whether you are a beginner, a regular player, or dreaming of turning professional, you will find just the right course, and fees lower than you might expect. The course is long enough to challenge the seasoned golfer and the fairways are open enough to accompany the beginning player. In fact the course used to be named The White Barn.
